Context
Hospital services have a complex healthcare activity that, together with large population influxes and limited resources, often leads to a collapse in the spaces and a reduction of the quality perceived by patients.

- Process and flux analysis to detect inefficient areas and identify potential risks of nosocomial infections (those acquired within the health facility itself).
- Applying advanced AI algorithms to propose areas of improvement. Implementing measures and measuring the results.
